"Heidi masterfully facilitated this process for our committee of board, staff and community members and completed constituent research for us, convening focus groups and conducting interviews with our participants and stakeholders.

She found consensus in our diverse experiences and challenged obstacles to help us see a future vision of Wildwood. The plan we created with her is already structuring our path forward and realigning our resources towards new goals.

Actionable, integrated and practical strategy--happy board, happy staff, happy campers! Thanks, Heidi!"

- Robyn Ratcliff, Executive Director

I've led two webinars for Nonprofit Connect, on Succession Planning and Employee Leave.

"I was really impressed both with Heidi's research, additional resources, and particularly that she called out how these policies are equity issues at different points in her presentation. She's always such a smooth speaker and very engaging and organized!"

- Emily Hane, Director of Learning, Nonprofit Connect

The Idea Loom has worked with this client from the very beginning - and we’re happy to be their partner still. Prairie Travelers is the nonprofit group in charge of envisioning, building, and maintaining the Prairie Sunset Trail, located in the Wichita, Kansas metropolitan area. We help to organize their two annual fundraising bicycle rides, silent auction, annual fund drive, annual communications, and grant applications.

"Heidi has been invaluable in helping us grow and seek out new resources. She's efficient, capable, and knowledgeable. We're a volunteer led nonprofit, and it's important to have consultants that know more about the industry. Heidi is able to do that for us - and is passionate about our mission!"
